This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Confimy collects through this website, why, and what rights you have over it. It covers the marketing website only — the Confimy product itself (used by developers, agents and buyers) is governed by a separate data processing agreement issued to each client.

1. Data controller

2. What we collect

When you submit the "Request a demo" form, we collect: full name, work email, phone number (optional), company name (optional), and your message. Our server also logs your IP address for spam and security prevention.

3. How we use it

  • To respond to your demo request and follow up about Confimy.
  • To protect the form against spam and abuse (honeypot field, server-side validation).
  • To understand aggregate website usage via Google Analytics (see Cookies below).

4. Legal basis

We process contact form data based on your consent (submitting the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries. Analytics cookies are set only where permitted by your cookie choices.

5. Retention

Demo request submissions are forwarded by email and not stored in a database on our servers. We keep the resulting email thread for as long as reasonably needed to manage the business relationship, and delete it on request.

6. Third parties

  • Our hosting and email provider, WebSupport, which transmits the demo request email.
  • Google (Tag Manager / Analytics) for aggregate, anonymized website usage statistics.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

7. Cookies

This site uses Google Tag Manager, which may load Google Analytics and set cookies to measure site usage. You can block cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site remains fully usable without them.

8. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email gdpr@confimy.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
